Right of withdrawal

When you shop at shapeit.dk, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of this by means of an unequivocal statement no later than 29 days after receiving the goods.

When returning, you should ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the freight forwarder as well as any track and trace number. You must pay the costs yourself when returning the item when you regret it.

If you live near one of our stores in Hillerød (Vølundsvej 19C) you can exchange or return your order that you ordered online. You just have to remember to bring the receipt or order ID.

How to return

Send an email to our customer service at info@shapeit.dk who will then help you with returns or exchanges. If you want to return, you can choose to use the return label that you get from our customer service, however we deduct DKK 50 if you use our return label if you want to return.

Pack your goods securely and put the return label on the package. The package can be handed in at the places that receive packages to be sent with Postnord. Remember to get a receipt for the delivery of the package. Should something happen to your package during transport, the receipt must be used to create a case. On the back of your invoice, you must fill in your order ID and the date of purchase, as well as whether you wish to return or exchange your goods.

Before sending back

• - We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have canceled.
• - We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we sent it. (Brands and Packaging, etc.)
• - From the time we receive your return package, the processing time is up to 7 working days.
• - Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
• - We do not accept parcels sent without distribution. All return packages must be sent to our address.
• - You must enclose your invoice in the package.

When we receive the item, we check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase. If you have used our return label, DKK 50 will be deducted from the amount we refund.

Our return label is with insured parcel post, and you are therefore insured if your return package should get lost during shipping. In case of cancellation after exchange, the amount per return label on the number of times it has been exchanged. However, a maximum of DKK 100 in total. Shapeit.dk only covers the costs of the first exchange.

Note:

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the goods has deteriorated because

• - You have actually used the product.
• - It has been damaged while you were in charge of it.
• - If we judge that the item smells of smoke or detergent/perfume
• - Hair or marks on the product.
• - You can contact us by email to info@shapeit.dk or by phone on weekdays between 10am and 3pm.

Also note : For hygienic reasons, we cannot exchange or return panties. It is also not possible to return or exchange food.

ELECTRONICS:
The right to cancel a purchase can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition as received. This includes that the packaging is intact, complete and undamaged, as the original packaging is a significant part of the product value. The right also expires if you use the product in a way that reduces the sales value of the product.

Also note : For hygienic reasons, there is no right of return on in-ear headphones when the seal is broken.
