How to tie your shoelaces

Have you perhaps wondered why there is an extra hole on each side when you buy new shoes ? The extra hole that sits so far up that it doesn't feel quite natural to use it. Many do not know what it is for, but it has a function that should be used and tested.
How to do it for a better result:
- Take the lace from the second top hole and feed it into the top hole.
- Pass the lace through so that you get a small loop.
- Do this on both sides.
- Then take the lace from one side to the other and through the loop.
- Tighten and tie together.
- Make sure the shoes are tight.

How to wash the laces?
Our running shoes can easily be washed in the washing machine, but it is important to remove the laces and insoles first. To wash the shoes correctly, you can do this:
- Use mild soap. The chemicals in detergent may be too strong for the material.
- Apply the soap to the area you want to wash and wet it with cold water.
- Gently rub the stain with a cloth until it is removed from the laces.
- Remove soap residue with a wet cloth and allow to air dry.
