When you shop at Shapeit, we follow Danish consumer law. According to the law, you always have a 2-year warranty on your purchases.

• When you discover a defect or issue with your item, you must report it within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is understood to mean that this must happen within 2 months from when you notice the defect.

• After you have discovered a defect, damage, or similar issue with a product, please fill out the form here

• If we approve the return, you will receive a gift card for the purchase of the same or a similar product

• When we have received your item, it will be assessed by professional experts who can determine whether it is a production defect. In the event that your complaint is justified and it is not just normal wear and tear, we will repair the damage or defect with a tailor. If we cannot offer this, we will provide you with a new item.

What is wear and tear:

Please note that wear and tear is visible when the signs of use on the item are evident. For example, the elastic in the material has become brittle, the fibers have been pulled apart in exposed areas (e.g., the crotch where the fabric is being pulled apart), or the item is very washed out and has lost color, has become pillaged, or similar due to washing or fabric softener. Additionally, seams that have clearly been pulled apart and not just come undone incorrectly are also not a warranty issue.

It may also be that the size was not 100% correct, or that the item has been subjected to more physical stress than you as a consumer can expect it to withstand.
