How to return

Fill out the return form. In the return form, you can choose whether you want to exchange the item for a gift card or get a refund.

If you wish to return, you must use our return label, which deducts 50 DKK from the refund amount. Our return label is with insured parcel mail, so you are insured if your return package gets lost during shipping.

Pack your items securely and attach the return label to the package. The package can be delivered to locations that accept parcels to be sent with Postnord.

Before you send returns

• For hygienic reasons, we cannot exchange or accept returns of underwear. It is also not possible to return or exchange food items.
• We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we sent it
• You may lose your purchase amount, wholly or partially, if: you have actually used the item, hair or labels on the product, the item smells of smoke or detergent/perfume

Your store credits can be used to get discounts on future purchases. Once you have received your store credits, you can apply them at checkout. Enter the code in the discount code field, and the amount will automatically be deducted from the total amount.
